Our challah is made from a basic egg dough prepared using simple ingredients in small batches according to our own traditional Jewish family recipe. Each loaf is meticulously hand-formed into its traditional braided shape. Once formed, our loaves spend twelve hours in the cooler. This slow rise gives the loaves time to develop their complex flavour and texture. Baked to a light golden perfection, these hearty loaves are a beautiful centerpiece for your table and are even lovelier when served warm from the oven.
